Like all book bloggers in the blogosphere, I endeavor to get my TBR pile under control. My books have piled up over the last decade (especially classics—they’re free!) and I rarely have as much reading time as I’d like.
The best part of reading through this pile? If any books are awful, I can lug them to a used bookshop to sell/swap for other [better?] books. Also, I’m going to prioritize books that have been loaned to me so they can be reunited with their rightful owners as soon as possible.
Current Stack of Unread (and Unfinished) Books: 219
Books Read Since January 1st: 5
Books Added Since January 1st: 2

You have some of my favourite books on your TBR!
Good to know! Any in particular?
I love that you listed and numbered all the books! Given the Gothic literature aspect, would recommend Northanger Abbey as your next book pick – plus its awesome!
Fortunately, WordPress has an auto-number feature.
Some of the items on my Kindle, like the Miss Marple collection or the Ursula K. LeGuin novels, were single downloads. I originally had them listed as collections, but then listed out the individual books. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have been able to cross anything off my list when I finished Murder at the Vicarage. Where’s the fun in that? 🙂
Northanger Abbey is the Austen I’m most excited about. I didn’t read it at school. Thanks for the recommendation!
